- Shipping Information: In order to ship your item, a full postal address is required, including the postal code, email address, and phone number. Before finalizing your order, please double-check your contact information and postal code.
- Free Shipping: Get free shipping for all orders above $99.

Order Processing: Within three business days, if the item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse.
After an order is placed, we will make any out-of-stock items and ship them out within ten business days. In such cases, you will receive updates from us. - Delivery Schedule: Monday through Saturday, is when our courier partners deliver packages. Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery schedules are susceptible to unforeseen circumstances, such as unanticipated delays from our courier partners and transportation interruptions brought on by inclement weather or labor disputes.
- Order Tracking: We will provide you the tracking information as soon as your product is sent. Till then, kindly be patient with us.
- Order Modification: Modification is only possible within 3 hrs from order placement on the website.
- If an order is held in customs, we request our customers to cooperate and provide the necessary details required by customs authorities. This is a government-regulated process for security measures to verify and authenticate the goods before releasing the shipment.
Important points to note:
1. You can place your orders from anywhere across the globe and we shall try to have our produce reach you. We ship to 65 + countries worldwide! Roughly it takes about 5-8 working days to deliver depending on your exact location.
2. Please note that duty charges may apply to customers. These charges are determined only after the shipment is dispatched, as they vary depending on the destination country and are not available at the time of placing the order.
3. We ship our products internationally every day. Except for rice, grains, plant growth promoters, fertilizers, and seeds, all other products can be shipped outside India.
4. Any post-delivery disputes must be raised within 2 working days from the delivery date as marked on the delivery portal.
