Our Team

The "Two Brothers" started it all in 2012 when they moved back to their village and started farming full-time.

Located in Bhodani village, Maharashtra, the Two Brothers Organic Farms is a biodiverse, self-sustaining food system that has been certified by ECOCERT through deliberate actions taken in the pursuit of soil health.

The tranquility and simplicity of village life serve as an inspiration for our work, which is also informed by regenerative agriculture ideas. In addition to providing jobs and a means of subsistence for rural residents, we also use community power to address public health issues and climate change.

AJINKYA HANGE

Ajinkya, the farmer's son, completed his MBA at Indira College in Pune and graduated with a degree in computer science. He has nearly four years of experience working for banks like HSBC and HDFC. At Two Brothers Organic Farm, Ajinkya is a co-founder farmer who manages the day-to-day operations of the farm.

SATYAJIT HANGE

Satyajit, the farmer's son, completed his MBA program in Pune after earning a degree in economics. He has ten years of experience working in the financial industry for organizations including DBS, Citicorp Finance, and Kotak Life Insurance. At Two Brothers Organic Farm, Satyajit is the co-founder and manager of the farm operations alongside Ajinkya.
