Our ragi malt is made by first cleaning ragi thoroughly and then soaking it for 20-24 hours. Post-soaking, we sprout it over a full day wrapping it in pure cotton cloth. This step boosts its nutrients. After sprouting, we dry it under the sun and grind it to a fine flour.
