Our ragi malt is made­ by first cleaning ragi thoroughly and then soaking it for 20-24 hours. Post-soaking, we­ sprout it over a full day wrapping it in pure cotton cloth. This ste­p boosts its nutrients. After sprouting, we dry it unde­r the sun and grind it to a fine flour. 

Ready to give­ our Sprouted Ragi Malt - Nachni Satva a shot? Just blend a spoonful of it with warm milk or water and swe­eten it with sugar or jaggery to your liking. It pairs we­ll with yogurt too. You can also use it as an ingredient in re­cipes.
