The Care Behind Every Jar
Description
Looking for that comforting taste of tradition? Every drop of our A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee is just that! Crafted from the milk of free-grazed, pasture-raised Gir cows, this ghee is your link to the authentic, wholesome flavors of India.
Our process starts with fresh milk, carefully turned into yogurt using a natural starter culture and left to set overnight. In the stillness of the early morning, the yogurt is then churned by hand using the ancient Bilona method - clockwise and anticlockwise to separate the raw white butter. This butter is then gently simmered to create a rich, golden ghee filled with natural goodness.
Further, made daily in small batches, our A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee contains no additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. In short, it’s simply 100% natural, offering you the best of what nature has to offer. So, whether for cooking, baking, or enjoying its health benefits, this ghee is the perfect way to bring a taste of home to your table.
It is best before 1 year from the date of packaging.
Gulkand:
Sunkissed sweetness? Our Gulkand feels just like that! Made with traditional Chaitri Rose Petals (a rare variety that blooms only once a year), its no less than a taste of nostalgia in every spoonful.
Directly sourced from Haldi Ghati, Rajasthan, the Chaitri Gulabs are handpicked at peak bloom, and sunbaked in earthen pots for nearly a month. This rose infused sweet delight is handmade in small batches using an age-old method, and is like a reminder of home, of the cooling treats your grandmother swore by, of the love tucked into every bite. A taste of nostagia, this Gulkand contains sunbaked, allowing the natural flavors to deepen and intensify.
Further, enjoy it on toast, with desserts, or straight from the jar because some traditions are best savored slowly.
It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.
