Description

A spoonful of this Spicy Mango Pickle is a trip down memory lane - back to sunlit afternoons, where grandmothers carefully mixed hand-cut mangoes with aromatic spices, sealing in flavors that only got better with time.

Made from Gavran Kairi (a native mango variety from Maharashtra), our Spicy Mango Pickle is a traditional heirloom recipe. Here, stone-ground turmeric, Mohri Dal (split mustard seeds), black pepper, cloves, and hing come together in unrefined sesame oil, slowly fermenting in Bharnis (ceramic jars) to create the perfect balance of heat, tang, and depth. No synthetic vinegar, no artificial preservatives - just the taste of home, bottled with care.

Thus, enjoy it with steaming hot parathas, dal-rice, or straight off the spoon because some flavors are simply irresistible.

  • Best before 6 months from manufacture

So Good!

So so delicious, I eat it with just about everything, it's replaced my chili peppers when I make Iranian omelets (tomatoes and eggs), it reminds me of and makes me miss Hyderabad!
