The ‘Chaitri’ variety of roses grows only during the Chaitra month (as per the Hindu Calendar) of the year. 

Gulkand is sweetened using 'Mishri', which is unrefined rock sugar, and raw honey for that perfect combination of sweetness and health benefits.
