Cold-pressed groundnut oil has a special taste I love for frying samosas and puris. It makes them so tasty. But the packaging isn’t good. I got a tin can, and it came dented.
I reached out to their support team and was impressed by their quick and helpful response. Unfortunately, I contacted them after the return or exchange window had closed. For anyone else, I recommend taking photos of any issues and keeping the delivery receipt, which I didn’t have. Thankfully, we worked out a fair solution, and I’m satisfied with the outcome.
