Is your multigrain atta gluten free

No, it is not gluten free. However Khapli wheat, the base of this atta, itself contains lesser gluten than regular wheat varieties. To add to it, other millets, grains and seeds do not contain any gluten. So its overall gluten content is relatively very low.

Nutritious but Compromised Taste

As we had really liked the Khapli atta, we ordered this multi-grain atta for extra nutrition but the quality of Rotis was harder and the taste isn't as appealing as the Khapli atta. Higher nutrition but lower quality of taste.
