Stoneground from ancient Emmer wheat grains, this flour holds 50% more fiber (than commercially available flour), is lab-tested, GMO-free, and is all about nutri-rich natural goodness. Stone-grinding preserves the wholesome qualities of the wheat, giving you a flour with a 50% lower gluten content (than commercially available flour).
