2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order is carefully packed with attention and processed within:
1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as we begin preparing it for dispatch shortly after confirmation. For details regarding refunds or replacements, please review our Refund Policy.
Tracking details will be shared to on email once your order is dispatched.
If an item is temporarily out of stock:
- We will keep you informed.
- Ship it at the earliest (typically within 4–5 working days).
- Or refund if fulfilment is not possible.
3. Delays Beyond Control
While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs holds
- Regulatory changes
- Weather conditions
- International transport disruptions

4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery 3 times to ensure a successful handover.
We kindly request customers to:
- Provide accurate shipping details.
- Ensure availability at the delivery address.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address/ contact number details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply. For refund eligibility in such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy
5. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows the order as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please inform us within 2 days of delivery confirmation.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
Standard investigation timeline: 4–6 working days.
During this process, the courier may:
- Contact you directly.
- Conduct delivery verification.
- Visit the delivery location if required.
If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, resolution will proceed in accordance with our Refund Policy
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are determined by local authorities.
- They are not available at the time of placing your order.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly prepaid at checkout.
- For customers in the United States, any applicable customs duties and tariffs will be covered by us.

7. Product Shipping Eligibility
We ship our products internationally every day.
However, due to regulatory guidelines, the following categories cannot be shipped outside India:
- Rice, Grains, Plant growth promoters, Fertilizers, Seeds
There are also restrictions on shipping dairy products to:
- United Kingdom, Canada, Certain European countries
